Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unused silk items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and maintain their high-quality finish.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
